Who We Are
Leah Ferguson is a successful development professional, raising funds for organizations with budgets from half a million to ten million dollars. As a community leader— experienced in grassroots organizing, leadership development and community mobilization— she has spent time on the boards of local social justice organizations and as a VISTA. She has earned a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Kate Pett is a trainer and facilitator for groups ranging from the small nonprofit to community-wide efforts. Kate has spent 20 years in the nonprofit and public sectors promoting community enhancement through education, collaboration and leadership development. Working for national nonprofits and leaders in systems change, the hallmarks of Kate’s work are creativity and efficiency. Kate earned a Master’s from the University of Michigan where she was a Peace Corps Fellow.
