Organizational Assessment

Our organizational assessment synthesizes best practices into an easy to use tool. We will complete the assessment process with your staff and board of directors, collecting evidence of your successes while exploring the areas that need strengthening.

The Situational Assessment

The situational assessment is an excellent tool for your organization when you seek to:

The situational assessment examines, in detail, the problem your organization seeks to address and the impact your programs are on having on that problem.
